Why do I need to log in?

To protect your personal information, we require a login in order to see details about your medical and billing history. However, you can make a secure payment without logging in.

Identity verification is not required for you to make a payment towards your bill. To make a payment towards your balance, select Pay total, Pay a partial amount or Start a payment plan.
